-Phone recording keystrokes? Better yet phone recording EVERYTHING, taking pictures, audio, video….you ask is that legal? Of course not, unless its backed by your own tax dollars. (I mean if your paying for it then obviously you consent to it, right?) Everyone knows if the govt is doing it then its not illegal. Jeeze

To be a Representative of the House of Representatives or a Senator in the United States Senate, the Constitution only requires that you must be: I believe a couple added requirements would solve a lot of our problems as a country. PROP1-must have served in the armed forces on active duty for at least 2 years. PROP2-Must live in a government housing project for 2 consecutive years. PROP3-Maintain minimum wage job, pay all bills with no assistance or help from others. PROP4-Will never accept donations that bear influence on legislative action (lobbying) PROP5-Be able to recite, and score 100% on any testing over The US Constitution, also must be able to balance checkbook. PROP6-Will NOT have any investments in global markets while in office. Lastly - if your job isn’t done correctly you will be terminated 1) twenty-five years old at the time of your election if you are a Representative and thirty years old at the time of your election if you are a Senator 2) reside in the state you represent 3) be a citizen of the United States for seven years to serve in the House of Representatives and be a citizen for nine years to serve in the Senate (you can be an immigrant if you serve in Congress, only the President must have been born in the United States)

This is the common attitude of Americans…. The ones that understand this, as a slave like dull attitude, we do everything we can to bring change about, we work twice as hard to avoid falling into a state of mediocrity.

Dear Mr Obama: This man sure took over at a tough time, much like you, he seemed to have respect and control over congress. Why did you wait 3 years to start speaking out? Did you keep your promises? I saw your jobs bill for veterans, what a joke, 2500$ tax credit for hiring a veteran, if they don’t need the employee why would it matter. I am going to need the US government to provide s receipt for every cent spent from now on. Thanks

As of 2007 there were 320,000 churches in the US, why can’t we tax them? Churches lead the anti-abortion act. If a church pays just 5,000 dollars a year in tax that would equal 1.6 trillion dollars. This money goes into a fund that the government cannot run a ponzi scheme out of (like all the other funds they regulate) This fund can feed, clothe, and house unadopted children. Also feed and house all the welfare benefited people. 10,000 a year would be 3.2 trillion dollars. We spend 280-300billion on welfare from tax money, plenty left over to make the world a better place. My income is taxed more then 10k per year, surely a church can pay it. I leave you with this.

Commonly with donations, vacations, gifts, stock options, privilege.

Bribery - a form of corruption, is an act implying money or gift giving that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty.

Lobbying and bribery are synonym, but, Lobbying is needed on the basis, that legislators rely on Lobbyist and the law making process could not get done on their own….time and brain power. Wait these government elected lawmakers get paid to do a job for America that tax money pays ALSO is granted power to break the law and accept money from private sectors to vote in favor of a law for them. Yea……Right, looks like we just got some job openings I don’t wanna cloud this with my personal opinion, because one of the most inspiring people I have researched and studied, was Jack Abramoff, humble, motivated, great Lobbyist, he was the ONLY reason GWBush made a 2nd term. However this is illegal, therefore immediate action needs to be taken. Arrest them, they are citizens with positions that citizens filled, nothing more. Don’t be scared, be an American

I DO NOT CARE ABOUT PERSONAL INFLUENCE OF Lobbying or Bribing (why does it say their different, however have the exact same definition) / higher taxes, really? So since you guys, CONGRESS knowingly screwed the whole system, we need higher taxes to fix your problem. (Can you tell me one time out of the 400 we raised taxes it helped the economy)should of thought out before you bought GM with my money, my pothead banker could of made that call, I like how the news said they would be posting growth in profit, yea right!!! I saw the real #’s.

Riddle me this if the Govt. bailed out GM with our money, why do the GM owners still have to pay taxes when they buy a new vehicle, are you kidding me? That would fall under “Double Tax”
